# What is sovrn

Sovrn is a platform for Sovereign Identities and Cloud Countries, offering a "Government As A Service" infrastructure tailored for new and emerging democracies. It enables individuals to join and participate in the creation and growth of startup cities, facilitating direct involvement in decentralized governance and the development of digital and physical assets.

We are making commercialization of sovereignties, multi-citizenship and government operations on-chain a reality.
